OUR APPROACH · EFFICIENCY MATTERS

In Business, Every Day Counts

Business setup is not only about understanding the requirements. It is also about planning the right steps at the right time.

My approach combines precise documentation, clear milestones and prompt coordination to help international entrepreneurs move forward efficiently, without avoidable administrative delays.

Rather than simply explaining what needs to be done, I focus on organising when each step should happen, identifying dependencies early and keeping you informed throughout the process.

Speed, precision and reliability — with realistic timelines that remain subject to notaries, registries, authorities and other third parties.

Set Up Your Business in Spain Without Travelling

In many cases, you do not need to travel to Spain in person. We coordinate the process remotely using a duly executed power of attorney authorising a representative to complete the relevant corporate and administrative steps on your behalf.

We guide you through preparing and signing the power of attorney abroad, including notarisation, apostille or legalisation and translation where required. The exact formalities depend on your country, the service requested and the requirements of the Spanish authorities, notary, registry or bank. Certain identification, verification or banking steps may still require your direct participation.
